After ten years in the staffing industry skillfully matching extraordinary companies with incredibly talented candidates, my passion for what I do is at its peak and my experience has now led my intentions to be even more profound and purposeful. Now, my focus is to use my prowess to build an organization that will make an impact in our workplaces and in the lives of the individuals we connect with. It's no secret that success is linked to IQ, but most don’t realize that Emotional Intelligence (or "EQ") 🧠 is just as important, if not moreso. It's the quality that hiring managers look for and top candidates in the market are expecting from leaders. It's our mission to expertly match these two worlds! On a personal note: You can say I've been gifted with the "optimistic gene", and it's true. I believe in the power of the mind, practicing gratitude, and living on purpose. We control our thoughts and therefore we control our attitude towards what the world places in front of you. What's in front of me now is TalentCount, and my goal is to make it possible for others to pursue their dreams and continue to reach their full potential. It's also worth mentioning that I'm a dancer (have been since grade school). The nature and rigor of dance as an art form has ingrained in me creativity, courage, perseverance and dedication that motivates me to reach the front of the center stage! It's my first passion. It's important to always reach for something that brings you unexplainable joy—something that makes you challenge yourself and practice vulnerability. So, in the near future, I intend to establish a dance company that will create a safe space for people to experience the art of dance and movement. I hope to encourage people to "put themselves out there", stay fit, release stress, and jointly experience the power of diversity.
