About Reyna Rivera

I graduated from the Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis Program at Arizona State University on May 8, 2017. I am a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst. My career began in 2014 as a direct care provider for children with autism. Since then, I have completed practicum hours at various autism organizations throughout the valley. From such experiences, I have learned to carry out Functional Behavior Assessments, create treatment programs for skill acquisition and maladaptive behavior reduction, and have assisted with Functional Analyses. Additionally, I have utilized behavior skills training and pyramidal training to equip parents, group home staff and teachers. My ability to fluently speak Spanish has enabled me to also provide training and disseminate applied behavior analysis (ABA) to monolingual families. I have worked with individuals across a range of diagnoses from early childhood to adolescence. While obtaining my training, I was provided several opportunities to present lectures to college students on Applied Behavior Analysis, thus further disseminating ABA. Currently, I work as a Clinical Program Director at Arion Care Solutions, LLC.
