About Reyna Vincent

I am a recent graduate of a Master of Social Work at Monash University. I have previously undertaken social work placements, case management work and support work in the Disability sector, the Forensic sector and the Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) sector. My case management experience working with participants of the NDIS involved providing interventions and care within a multidisciplinary team of other Allied Health Professionals and Support Workers, as well as regularly liaising and working with family members, community organisations and other health professionals. These roles involved assessment skills to gain an understanding of the complex and holistic needs of clients from a variety of backgrounds. I am particularly interested in working within AOD, forensic and mental health fields.
