With seventeen years of experience in construction and development management of a wide range of complex multi-unit residential, mixed-use, commercial, industrial, office, and master-planned real estate developments, is passionate about building exemplary communities, and dedicated to project quality and efficiency from development phases through construction to completion. Has managed and led the development, pre-construction and construction phases of various concrete, wood frame, steel frame and tilt-up projects from inception to completion, ranging from low/mid/high-rise market and rental condominiums, townhouses, to single/multi-storey industrial, office, and large-scale phased projects. Well-experienced and knowledgeable in design, construction, feasibility assessment, estimating, budgets and value engineering, building design and systems, consultants design development and municipal permits, pre-construction planning and scheduling, procurement, tendering and contracts, has spearheaded and overseen teams of consultants and contractors from planning and design stages through construction to occupancy completion and handover, delivering successful projects on budget and schedule.
