I have been working as Associate Eng. Section Manager in PT KAO Indonesia since Jan 2020. I assist Section Manager in carrying out Budgeting, Planning, Feasibility Study, Project Execution, and maintenance the facility to fulfill production target. Do improvement to increase machine performance, and promote cost reduction by saving energy, automation transformation, and machine improvement to optimize the ROIC. Current Jobs & Skills - Plan & manages budgets - Conduct a feasibility study and submit it to management for implementation - Project development and execution of projects- Supervise teams from beginning to end, including all phases prior to construction activities- Responsible for enforcing occupational safety and security standards during a project or activity - Promote TCR (Total Cost Reduction) Idea & realized by improvement facility & Increasing efficiency to optimalize ROIC (Return of Invested Capital)- Collaborate with other department, other management personnel, provide instruction to project teams, and ensure the successful completion of projects on time, quality, and within budget. Project Achivement in PT KAO Indonesia - Developing New Highspeed Machine of diapers product as Project Manager which aims to increase capacity in order to achieve sales target.(Merries Diaper), 2022 - 2024 - Developing new Plant as Electrical & Instrument PIC to support expanding business unit in Indonesia (Attack Liquid Detergent), 2014 - 2015 General Achievement in PT KAO Indonesia - Completing projects on time & achieve good result as plan - Ensure proper safety conduct and standards of all project activity - Successful to keep project cost not over than budget
