I have been with Fircroft since September 2004 working within various financial, operational and account management areas within the company since finishing university.I began my tenure as a temporary Payroll clerk. Since then I moved over to Finance working in various roles such as the management accountant, responsible for all the groups Margin analysis, producing the management accounts for certain Fircroft subsidiaries and large, complex balance sheet reconciliations. From this position I moved on to an Overseas Financial Role which entailed producing the management accounts for the majority of our overseas offices such as Netherlands, France, Qatar, Dubai, Brazil and Trinidad.I took on the Global accounts analyst role in August 2014 which quickly led to a promotion as Global accounts controller in March 2015.The overall goal of the the team in which I head up is to ensure that our global contracts are adhered to on a regional basis ensuring contractual compliance and consistency throughout the company.Quality service to our global clients is king.This gives me a wide view and understanding of our company across all departments.My main responsibilities within Global accounts include;Leading Global and regional tendersAdvising on certain process improvements Point of Escalation for aged Debt queriesQuarterly KPI reviews with the clients. Special projectsGlobal Client account managementContractual Health and safety Minimise Contractual risk by ensuring all regions are following the global contracts policies, exhibits and clauses. Key relationships externally and internallyare with Global client contract holders, Board members, Regional Directors, Commercial finance, Service Centre, Marketing and PMO.
