About Rhea Stephen

A passionate Development Project Manager with over 7 years of UK and international experience in the Construction and Real Estate sectors. My expertise lies in affordable housing, large scale urban regeneration, private residential, refurbishments and education, having managed and designed projects of varying scales ranging from £200K to £30m. I have a flair for design, great construction knowledge and excellent organisational skills with a positive, go-getter attitude. My current role at Lendlease as a DPM is a challenging yet rewarding one. I work on the High Road West project which is a £1 billion community led urban regeneration scheme in North London. Each day differs from the next and that's what I love about the job! My project management role sees me managing important stakeholders and consultants, chairing various meetings, procuring contractors, negotiating legal agreements, administering contracts, managing risks, design, costs and programmes, attending public consultations, and the list is endless. Though, none of this compares to the reward of seeing the local residents have a say in the development and me delivering the best quality homes for them, and that is what I strive to achieve.
