I have extensive knowledge of crop production (agronomy, fertilizers, crop protection products, seeds, traits, biologicals, inoculants) in western Canada. • I have the ability to analyze, communicate, and provide technical training the academic community, licensees, retailers, and growers. • I have experience multi tasking through execution of over 50 different research protocols across multiple sites, crops and chemistries with different governmental and internal regulations. • I have managed talent, completed recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, and managing the staff as well as day to day operations of a research farm. • I have experience drafting scientific protocols and providing leadership to a team of highly skilled individuals to ensure quality and results. Beyond my work experience, I have been involved in agriculture my whole life, having been raised on my family farm near Langbank, SK. I have always had a passion for agriculture, and continue to be actively involved in family farming operations.
