About Rhi Bailey

My rich background in the music industry as both an established artist and a business professional, I have utilised my experience and passion for the creative arts to contribute to the success of the music, video game, film and local clients I work with. Taking my passion for empowering future artists to achieve their complete potential, I have freshly joined Music Leaders UK (The Music Works) to ensure that every young person, regardless of background and ability, has the opportunity to find their own rhythm and become tomorrow’s artists and industry leaders. But it doesn’t just stop at music. With over 20 years of gaming experience across a diverse range of genres and consoles, I also lend my enhanced quality assurance practises and out-of-the-box critical thinking to the gaming industry as a video games tester. As well as playing, I am passionate about understanding the industry and spend a significant portion of time reading materials that analyse the industry’s culture, legal complications and what determines the success and downfalls of companies within the gaming industry.
