About Rhian Ward

When finishing school at 16, there was so much pressure on knowing who you are and what you want to be for the rest of your life. I, for one, had no idea where to even begin. I began college doing classes that I thought would make other people proud rather than classes I may have enjoyed more. At 18, I decided that it was time to explore my passions in the hope that I may find my path along the way. This lead me to- Achieve a Double Distinction** in L3 Animal Health & Welfare - Graduate Staffordshire University with a Merit in Animal Science - Pass a L2 Business Administration apprenticeship in the Legal Sector - Achieve 2 promotions within my role from Apprentice to Legal Assistant in 3 years - Complete the Yorkshire 3 Peaks in (just over) 12 hours. From this varied background, I seem to have stumbled along my passion: To be part of a team and strive for success. Whether it be surviving my degree in Animal Science by eating all of the cheese on toast the world could provide, or climbing up the Yorkshire 3 Peaks with a belly full of jelly babies and eyes full of tears, none of this could have been achieved without stubborn determination and the support of a collective team.
