I have always been interested in furthering my education which has landed me at University studying an undergraduate degree in Accounting and Finance. Throughout my years of studying i’ve had a part time job working in a holiday club where I was able to learn to adapt communication levels based on the varying knowledge of the children. Recently, I started a new job working in a Play Town Cafe. This was massively different to my previous role but has improved my confidence and problem solving skills. I had to solve conflict between customers, orders and other staff members while also following company standards. I think that the skills learnt in these previous roles can easily be adapted into future roles.
