I have led and executed a broad range of local and international strategic, enterprise-wide and community projects that have significantly improved business performance, organisational culture, engagement and delivered a return on investment. Currently Human Resources Business Partner at Chevron, strategically partnering with business leaders across the Australian Business Unit. I also serve as a Non-Executive Director with World Data Exchange (WDX), which was established to lead open, inclusive, equitable and cross-sector data exchange technologies. I volunteer across several organisations as a board member, mentor, facilitator, and speaker. I regularly deliver speaking engagements across DEI, people and culture and the United Nations SDGs.
