I am passionate about transforming data into actionable information, which can be used to influence behaviour and drive change. I have 10+ years’ experience in information science and business administration, over which I have managed a Business Analytics department, been a key decision maker on projects, and initiated several continuous improvement projects. I am knowledgeable in predictive analytics, with a keen interest in machine learning and robotic process automation. I have a strong foundation in measurement, statistics, and analytics best practices from my scientific background, as well as continual experience and education. I am responsible for delivering integrated and consistent information at the enterprise level. The key to success in an organization with ever-changing information needs is to implement solutions that are structured, phased, and easily scalable; solutions that lead to information agility and curated self-service to meet business needs. I pride myself on motivating teams with diverse skills; recognizing and developing strengths and doing the right thing for the organization.
