What I do- Facilitate learning and training for lawyers and other professionals about more integrated ways to practise within their discipline- Transfer my wide range of skills across disciplines- Restore relationships and resolve disputes through mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution- Create Values-Based Contracts - Create integrative 'teal' contracts and other documents- Rewrite or create legal and other documents in plain English to make them more accessible- Create holistic Wills that deal with more than just a person's estate using a unique values based process- Practise law from a place of empathy and compassion- Inspire lawyers to find new ways to practise law- Inspire people to approach their work with more authenticity, heart and empathy- Inspire people to think outside the box and take a risk- Write well in formal and creative contexts- Work collaboratively with people from different professions and backgrounds to reach shared goals- By being authentic inspire others to be more authentic too.
