I have been working in the field, starting in community mental health, since 2014 and a licensed therapist since 2017. I have worked in many different settings which has given me experience working with many mental health disorders. My passion is treating those impacted with complex trauma, traumatic loss, and chronically dysregulated nervous systems. I am current certified in Grief Counseling, Trauma Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) as well as being EMDR informed.
