About Rhoda Reid

I am passionate about making a difference and seeing growth and development personally and professionally, with individuals and companies. Presently Reuse Consortium Coordinator for a maternity leave position in Circular Communities Scotland, reflecting my growing understanding and concerns around climate change, over consumption and waste. Values are central to all I do, and I’ve seen the difference that values make in an organisation. I have experience in embedding values, making them real In leadership, recruiting, appraising and seeing values lived day to day in an organisation. Formerly a Chartered Surveyor -(in a past life!) and many years as a volunteer, I have seen the unique benefit to society of volunteering and the Third sector including vibrant Social Enterprises. Most recently Chief Executive of COVEY Befriending in Lanarkshire I have seen growth in the organisation over 9 consecutive years and the uniqueness that comes from being values based. Having just completed a Coaching Course at Kinharvie institute I’m keen to develop my skills in a coaching role. Lots of personal learning which will translate into creating a learning partnership with others through the Gestalt Coaching method.
