Access to Independence is a disability-led and run organization. My role as an administrative assistant to the executive director for operations and administration is to champion excellence in service by dotting the “i’s and t’s” to ensure all areas are aligned with excellence for our consumers. At ARC COMMUNITY SERVICES, INC, my role as a Drug Court case manager involves the delicate balance of applying community resources, support and personal experience to our clients who are justice involved and currently participating in Dane County Drug Treatment Court & Diversion Program. I am also responsible for maintaining accurate documentation of client’s progress, behavior, and involvement in resources to be reviewed by the Court. This is an LTE position that ends on 12/31/24. My time as an Office Coordinator at Wisconsin Family Ties was marked by a commitment to operational efficiency and procedure optimization. These competencies, coupled with my expertise in sales and negotiation, have been pivotal in enhancing not only team functionality but also in contributing to the overall mission of the organizations I have served.
