With over twenty five years’ Real Estate experience, I have been fortunate to have held a diverse number of roles within the industry which have taken me interstate and overseas. I began my career at Elders Real Estate on the Central Coast and felt I had discovered my true calling by working in the property industry. After honing my skills for a number of years on the Central Coast in Property Management, Sales Administration and Office Management, I then headed to Sydney to work for Console Australia as their NSW Training Consultant. Implementing Trust Account Software into hundreds of real estate offices throughout NSW, Victoria and New Zealand, educating and training clients on the use of their software whilst complying with legislative requirements and seeing first hand how the good and the not so businesses operated put me in good stead for my current role.In 2012, after deciding to move back to the Central Coast and spend less time travelling, I took on the role of Operations Manager with Sorensen Real Estate adding the role of Licensee-In-Charge to my responsibilities in 2016.2020 saw a new challenge emerge, taking on the role of Operations Manager and Head of Property Management at McGrath Hornsby & Berowra. In 2023 I joined the Laing & Simmons Corporate Team. Having a wealth of experience managing multiple offices, my insight into individual departmental needs and market trends, is enabling me to deliver industry-best practices and customised solutions for clients. Also new for 2023 is a role with TAFE Digital within the Property Services (Real Estate) division.In addition to industry qualifications, I also hold a Certificate lV in Training & Assessment, Certificate lV in Frontline Management and have been appointed a NSW Justice of the Peace since 2013.
