I have extensive skills and knowledge in technical writing, verification and validation, good manufacturing practices, quality auditing, document control management, and error and accident investigation. I have used various software and systems, such as SharePoint, BECS (ePro), CDCS, Excel, MS Word, and Quickbooks, to collect, analyze, and report data, as well as to perform lookbacks, CAPA/RCA, and SPC. I am well-versed in the regulatory requirements and guidelines of 21 CFR, ISO 9001, and other relevant agencies and organizations. I am passionate about learning and staying updated on the latest innovations and best practices in the biologics industry as well as medical devices.
