I started working in the banking industry in August 2010. My roles have included multi-service banker, vault teller, and BSA/AML Assistant. I am a hard worker, conscientious, and very detail-oriented. I adapt well to changes and am always looking to learn and further enhance my knowledge in any given role. My annual reviews, from previous supervisors, are consistent with my abilities and work ethics. I am a problem solver and have a positive attitude even in dire circumstances. I am viewed as skilled, valuable, honest and forthright, adapt to changes, reliable, a team player who is also able to work independently, high standard for excellence, confident and consistent in my work, knowledgeable, work in a timely expert manner, a trainer, requires little to no supervision, excellent work relationships with colleagues, accepts enhancement, suggest ways to improve processes keeping in mind the long term impact of changes, appropriately obsessive about meeting deadlines, high-quality focus on accuracy and thoroughness, intense attention to details of all sizes, and no concerns about things being done correctly when I am the person handling them. Prior to my banking experience, I was the owner/operator of a small family business for 30+ years and manager of the souviner shop at the Louisiana Superdome. I have a high school diploma and some college courses. Although, I do not have a college degree, I have 43+ years of working experience, volunteering in various areas, and accounting certificates. Given the chance, I will show my abilities and qualifications in any job. I have worked with Microsoft products including Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, and Access, I also have experience with Quick Books, FinCEN e-filing, OFAC clearing, EDD/CDD, CBO, and CIP/KYC. I have bookkeeping, data entry, management, and compliance experience. I know the meaning of hard work and confidentiality. My past work experiences involve customer service, inventory control, maintaining weekly sales reports, which included consignment sales and inventory, and various duties that come into play being a former small business owner/operator.
