About Rhonda Petsch
In 2006 I started my career as a Heath Unit Clerk in the ICU at Beloit Health Systems. In 2013 our system went to electronic record keeping with Cerner. With my experience as a HUC, I was asked to be a subject matter expert,(SME), which then led to an EMR trainer for providers. Our site became an ITWorks site on October 30, 2016 and my title changed to Learning Facilitator. My main responsibilities include on-boarding new providers, in office support and rounding. I also create education materials including handouts and videos for our system.
