Beauty in its purest form, is feeling great and looking your best, whatever that means to you. The definition of what makes one beautiful is independent of any particular person. My goal is for everyone to understand this. It is important for me to dig deep into the well being and health of others, so that they can truly understand the meaning on when you look good, you feel good. I have facilitated the treatment of many individuals and insecurities are no stranger to any of us. You are not alone. Often, when we think of health and wellness, our minds divert to diet and exercise, creating fear and anxiety. It is not that simple. Balance in everything we do is essential, and too much of anything, whether good or bad, is not good. Stress management must always be at the forefront. I am outgoing and friendly and used to be introverted until I realized closing yourself off from the outside world is unhealthy. I love music and dancing, I also have a strong love for skincare and cosmetics and becoming active through these passions of mine has allowed me to feel and look the greatest I ever have. Let me help you do the same! What makes this journey so great, is that I have had my own battles with mental health. Fortunately, Humber’s Esthetician & Spa Management program and becoming a mother has helped me navigate through that to becoming the best version of myself. Always remember to be patient with yourself, success looks different for everyone and does not happen overnight.
