Two decades of experience developing and managing IT resources and support services from startup through ongoing support and maintenance. Supervised and developed comprehensive telecommunications and technical services groups for multiple world class resorts and planned communities globally. Managed, developed and supported PMS, POS, CRM, and LOB applications for multiple client organizations. Implemented internal solutions for highly automated systems to maximize productivity of staff. Implemented one of the first Fiber-to-the-Home networks in the Pacific Northwest, one of the first RFID lift access systems in the Continental US and helped establish public utilities providing telephone, internet, and video service to the planned resort communities and residential and commercial clients outside the planned environment. Participated in the design, construction and ongoing operations of a three hundred and fifty room Hyatt Regency and associated facilities and amenities in the Netherlands Antilles. Provided support, developed training programs, and established policy for resort employees at locations in the continental US and Netherlands Antilles. Provided technical support for all computer systems, audio/video, telephone, and “Triple Play” services to resort staff and guests. Coordinated and complied with operations agreements and brand standards for Six Continents, Hilton and Hyatt Operators. Developed industry first solutions for systems integration, access control, transaction management and financial reporting employing industry standard technologies including: Dynamics365 (CE & BC) and MS ERPs including SL, Nav, and GP. Cogsdale CSM, ETI Triad, Minerva, Metaswitch, AT, Calix, MS SQL Server, SharePoint, BizTalk, MS Exchange, RTP, SMS (Host and Touch), RMS, Retail Pro, ACT, Prolog, Primavera, Portfolio Extensis, and VMS.
