About Rhys Atkinson

My-day-to-day role requires me to write and execute comprehensive tests, contributing to the continuous development of our systems and crucially improving the customer experience. Having become equipped with a solid foundation in manual testing and achieving ISTQB's CTFL and CTFL-AT, I entered the field of automation testing in due to my desire to expand my expertise.To reinforce my knowledge, I am also a tutor for cyber security and coding for the educational institute Learning Curve. My aim is to provide clear, but thorough feedback that challenges the learner, whilst actively promoting any opportunities available, Likewise, I actively plan and execute 1:1 coaching.I am a reliable, conscientious and hardworking individual who thrives in demanding environments. I present a professional image, overseeing problem management whilst maintaining a positive and calm attitude. I am also keen to continue mentoring and supporting others where necessary and with this in mind, I attained my Level 3 Award in Education and Training to bolster my teaching competency in June 2021.
