About Rhys Betts

This should be the blurb where I talk about all the years of different experience I have, all the things I've done, and all the achievements I've achieved. But I'm not doing that here, because the things I like to achieve are behind the scenes which enable the business to perform better. How do I do it? Simple. I take the frustrating day to day pain points, the clunky processes/procedures or those other areas which cost staff their time and energy, and find ways to make them work better for more efficient, more streamlined workflows which in turn spark more effective and smoother sales.Being Neurodivergent, I look at things differently and take a different approach to solving problems, because not all solutions need to be the same way.#automate #simplify #efficiency. The modern workplace needs it more than ever and is what drives me to succeed.
