Background

About Rhys Cooper

As a Technical Documentation Author at Cathelco, I create clear and engaging content for the company's marine products and systems, such as anti-fouling, water treatment, and ballast water management. I collaborate with engineers, product managers, and customers to understand the technical specifications, features, and benefits of the products, and translate them into user-friendly manuals, guides, and online help. I also conduct research, data analysis, and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and usability of the documentation. With a degree in Biological Sciences and a specialization in Genomics from Staffordshire University, I have a strong background in the scientific and biological aspects of the products, as well as the skills to communicate complex information in a simple and effective way. I have been working as a Technical Documentation Author for 11 months, and previously as a Retail Assistant for a year, where I developed my customer service, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. I am passionate about learning new technologies, improving my writing skills, and contributing to the company's mission to provide innovative and sustainable solutions for the marine industry.
