Rhys has more than 5 years of experience working in a variety of BA and PMO roles. He has worked on projects related to Credit Card Conversion, Call Centre Transformation, Product Transformation, IVR Transformation and Process Reengineering. While in these roles, Rhys has gained experience in project management, reporting, digital transformation, process optimization, operation improvement, as well as product, market, and business analysis. Rhys’ latest endeavour saw him managing 4 workstreams and leading Defect & Issue Management while replacing a core legacy platform for a big 5 bank in Canada. Rhys is a natural problem solver with a logical mindset who uses his creative thinking to think outside of the box and help determine the most efficient and optimal solutions. He has been a team player his whole life and will take the lead when required. Rhys is a quick learner and is meticulous to fully understand the problem at hand. Rhys is fluent in English and is proficient in French & German.
