I developed developed the Pillars Personal Training Coaching Model after an elite-level rugby career, a BSc (Hons) in Sports Performance (University of Bath), and 10 years of industry experience, accruing over hours of face-to-face coaching. This model is grounded in evidence-based, personalised, and structured strength and conditioning programs. I have lived the corporate life. I understand the challenges of balancing a demanding career with maintaining optimal health and fitness.
