About Rhys Yates

Alongside my brother James, we lead a team of 75 skilled professionals, including PhD, MBA & BEng engineers, delivering advanced engineering and manufacturing solutions. With headquarters in Nottingham, a Chesterfield site, and an upcoming Southern base, we provide nationwide coverage, 24/7 breakdown support, and a commitment to operational excellence. Our sqft bespoke facility enables us to execute complex engineering projects with precision. Operating a fully integrated BMS, all engineers are equipped with PDAs, ensuring real-time data management and efficiency. In April 2023, we secured an exclusive Flottweg UK partnership, further strengthening our market position and capabilities. We are on a strong growth trajectory, fueled by technical expertise, industry-leading service, and continuous innovation. Our commitment to excellence ensures we remain at the forefront of engineering advancements. I am passionate about business growth, talent development, and strategic partnerships. I welcome connections with industry leaders, collaborators, and professionals who share a vision for engineering excellence and operational success. Let’s connect and explore opportunities to drive innovation, efficiency, and growth in the industry.
