I'm delighted to share that I'll be embarking on a new role as a Trainee Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner at Somerset NHS Foundation Trust. Excited for the learning and growth ahead in my journey to support mental health and wellbeing. Looking forward to making a positive impact! I have acquired numerous transferable skills at university and through professional experiences in different settings. Furthermore, I successfully concluded my internship at Torus Wellbeing Clinic, where I provided assistance to individuals facing severe anxiety and struggling with low self-esteem. Additionally, I completed a valuable work experience with Just Family CIC, acquiring a diverse set of skills, including teamwork, congruence, effective communication, empathy, and active listening🤝 Acquiring these skills through my work experiences has not only enriched my understanding of both myself and others, but has also equipped me with valuable insights that I can apply to enhance my academic pursuits as I work towards my degree
