Background
About Riad Bazzo
I’m a Senior Technical Recruiter specializing in AI infrastructure and deep-tech engineering talent across custom silicon, AI accelerators, and ML models.Over the past several years, I’ve built and scaled high-performance teams across RISC-V, chip architecture, compilers, low-level software, and ML frameworks, partnering closely with engineering leaders to align hiring with long-term product strategy.I’ve led global recruiting across Canada, the US, Europe, and Asia, supporting deeply technical hiring across the full hardware and software stack behind AI accelerators.
