About Rian Aditya Parlan

A good job is not how much you earn, its how much you enjoy it." I often hear or read that quote and never had the time to thought about it until now. When I feel like I'm about to leave my company that if I can say has "built" me like the way I am now. Working in this company for more than 3 years has made me given a second thought about that quote. All the work, all the pressure, all the training, and I'm quite sure there's a lot of things that I dont enjoy during the process. But it turns out all of the things that I don't really enjoy at all has given me the strengh and the ability to do something that i can't do before, push me beyond my limit and make me a better worker and apparently a better person. So for a second thought, a difficult job is somehow needed to built the capacity and the potential of employee that they might be didn't realize at all. Rian A.P
