As a doctoral candidate in educational leadership and Associate Director of Content Development at Partners for Rural Impact, I’ve built my career around one central belief: the right message can shape culture, build trust, and spark change. I specialize in turning complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives that move people—and policy. Whether developing strategic messaging for multi-state Cradle to Career efforts, directing video storytelling that brings impact to life, or leading media training to help teams speak with confidence, my focus is always the same: authentic communication that strengthens culture from the inside out. What drives my work: Corporate Culture → Building trust and belonging through genuine, everyday practices. Internal & External Communications → Aligning the story employees live with the story organizations tell. Storytelling → Using real experiences to connect people to purpose, policy, and each other. Beyond my work with Partners for Rural Impact, I serve as president of the Bell County Chamber of Commerce, where I help strengthen connections between education, business, and civic life.
