About Rian Miller

As the Production Planning Manager at Bob's Red Mill, my journey over the past five years has been marked by spearheading production optimization and overseeing the successful transition to Microsoft Dynamics 365 for MRP. This has enabled our team to achieve remarkable improvements in inventory management and cost reductions. Our strategies in capacity planning have substantially increased production capacity, eliminating bottlenecks. With a strong command of Tableau for data visualization and a certified expertise in supply chain management, my focus has been on driving operational excellence and continuous improvement. The executive team relies on my contributions during the monthly IBP supply review cycles, where I present actionable insights to mitigate constraints. My role is a testament to the value of integrating sophisticated software solutions and analytical skills to elevate supply chain operations.
