Background

About Rian Swart

My work experience gained, my well-developed interpersonal skills and my qualifications gave me the ability to handle the multifunctional role of a Financial Manager in a business environment that required more than just technical competence to add immediate value in a number of different areas. I am able to give meaningful input to decision makers in order to maximize efficiencies, improve strategies, save time and reduce costs (all of which, by my own admission and as stated by my referees, I enjoy and am passionate about). My career covers the provision of analytical financial support to the business. My previous employers have without exception commented on my analytical and systems skills, interpersonal skills, business acumen, ability to bring profitable solutions to complex problems and my success in raising standards.
