Ik ben mijn carrière binnen het Summa College begonnen als administratief secretarieel medewerker en door mijn HBO-studie Social Studies heb ik de kans gekregen om mijzelf te ontwikkelen als zorgcoach. Inmiddels heb ik ruim tien jaar ervaring in het begeleiden van studenten met een extra ondersteuningsbehoefte. Sinds 2017 ben ik docent bij Summa Business (B2B). Mijn expertisegebieden zijn Loopbaan & Burgerschap en Ondernemend gedrag. Daarnaast vervul ik mijn rol als zorgcoach nog steeds met veel passie en enthousiasme. In februari 2024 ben ik afgestudeerd als Master of Education. Voor mijn onderzoek heb ik me gericht op ontwikkeling van soft skills en de focus in mijn onderzoek lag vooral op wat de docent nodig heeft om de student hierop zo goed mogelijk te kunnen coachen.
