I love helping individuals grow into their potential, and I find real purpose in building teams that are collaborative, confident, and high-performing. Over the past 10+ years, I’ve led cross-functional marketing teams, scaled campaigns across 26+ brands, and delivered measurable results—from increasing conversion rates by 89% to tripling social media-driven transactions. But what I’m most proud of is the people I’ve mentored and the positive team cultures I’ve helped shape. I come from a hospitality and marketing background, but my drive is rooted in continuous learning, team development, and helping others succeed. I’m now looking for a long-term, remote leadership opportunity—whether in marketing, brand experience, or people operations—where I can help grow a company and the humans behind it.
