With over 7 years’ experience of working predominately within the Public Sector I have developed a significant level of business acumen, communication skills and technical expertise which is evidenced through a number of key successes. I can demonstrate my proven ability to work in a managerial role, under my own initiative or within a wider tea. I have carried out detailed research into key client drivers to develop win themes and support client and project specific win strategies. During my Bid Coordinator role at Kier Health i was a part of the Kier Strategic Frameworks and Alliances team which facilitates the Group's national framework relationships with the public sector. Focussing predominantly on ProCure21+ and ProCure22 framework activities securing over £750m on the Frameworks and completing £1.2bn on its predecessor P21. I am currently a Senior Bid Coordinator for Glencar construction who specialise in the sector of warehouse and logistics. During my role i have solely set up a bid department and have managed up to 4 employees at one time. I have found this to be my most rewarding role yet. The business, since my onboarding our turnover has increased from £22m to now forecasting £450m+.
