As CEO of Arkadia Group, I’m focused on driving strategic growth across the group whilst upholding and building on our core values – Integrity, Custodians of Legacy, Entrepreneurial Spirit and Better Together. I oversee a team of experts across our Retail and Commercial Property, Hotel and Investment portfolios to execute our investment mandate, achieving strong risk-adjusted returns. As a private investment group we are proud to be custodians and stewards of some of Australia’s most iconic hotel properties such as Sofitel Noosa, The Sheraton Mirage Gold Coast and The Manly Pacific and retail properties such as Rosebud Plaza and Homemaker the Valley. We are also privileged to work with a high-quality network of key managers and partners across the spectrum of equity investing. My careers spans more than 20 years, where I’ve worked across Real Estate Investment, Asset Management, Investment Management, Portfolio Management, and Property Development holding a number of senior leadership roles. As General Manager of Asset Management and Development at Scentre Group, I was responsible for assets in excess of $15bn and delivered over $2.5bn of shopping centre development in my time there along with compiling a future pipeline of over $2bn. I specialise in identifying high-growth assets, maximising returns and delivering long-term value, and my leadership has consistently delivered outstanding results across multiple sectors, industries, and geographies, some in partnership with key Australian and International investment groups. I am passionate about shaping Australia’s property landscape through leading diverse, high performing teams, building inclusivity, embracing innovation and championing operational excellence to exceed ambitious goals and create memorable places that unlock the full value of integrated development. I consistently seek out ways to collaborate with other leaders to drive success in an evolving market.
