With over six years of experience in global talent acquisition, I help tech companies attract and retain top talent across regions and disciplines. I am currently a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist at SecurityBridge, headquartered in Bavaria. I partner with global hiring managers to design and implement talent acquisition and global recruitment strategies for both technical and corporate roles in SAP Security. I manage the full cycle recruiting process from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer management, ensuring a positive candidate experience and a strong focus on employer branding. I build and maintain a solid talent pipeline through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and networking, while managing our ATS, job advertising, and promoting SecurityBridge’s culture and values worldwide. Previously, I worked at be one solutions in Zurich, a leading SAP partner for global rollouts. There, I managed international recruitment across IT, sales, admin, and finance roles in the US, EMEA, and South America. I collaborated closely with HR and leadership teams to align technical recruitment and active sourcing strategies with business goals and to support the company’s global growth. I am passionate about connecting people with opportunities that align with their skills, values, and aspirations.
