About Ricardo Eccleston

Marketing is no longer impersonal. Today it's about creating real-time conversations that is data driven, personalized and empathetic. Encircl is a technology-driven marketing service provider for business and enterprises that does just that! Marketing technology is quickly evolving and that's what makes it so much fun to be in this exciting industry. 12+ years in Senior Business Development and Partnership roles over multiple industries. I evolved from a sales and business partnership role to a full-fledged Marketing strategy role for the last 4 years - developing and executing omnichannel marketing plans that hit lead generation and sales goals. I particularly love client interaction and getting to know what/why they need or want something. I ensure my clients/partners know that I understand what’s it like to be in their shoes (coz I do!) and how we can help problem solve those challenges. I have learned that I thrive most toward developing strategy, relationship building and problem solving. My day to day involves building a high-quality pipeline, to managing contract negotiations through master service agreements.
