I connect with people. That’s how I see entrepreneurship: identifying the needs of potential customers and delivering the right solution. In the end, selling is all about solving problems. No company thrives on its own. That’s why I’ve always taken an entrepreneurial approach within the organizations I’ve worked for, building connections that opened doors to new market opportunities. I hold a degree in mechanical engineering from Unicamp, but I never worked in the field. My journey in sales began during my internship at Oracle, followed by experiences at Stone and Creditas, until I co-founded Conta Simples with Rodrigo and Fernando, aiming to simplify expense management for companies in the new economy. As a co-founder and Vice President, I lead the Sales team at the fintech. I focus on driving growth by strengthening our culture and working on customer and partner acquisition and retention.
