I build, grow, and transform organizations – and I'm endlessly curious about what's next.' As co-founder of Careerportal, I pioneered a new business model for recruitment agencies – leading to acquisition by StepStone in 2002. Later, I co-founded Talmark as a joint venture, grew it and successfully merged it with Steam to create SteamTalmark, now a leading force in employer branding in the Netherlands.Today, as Commercial Director and Managing Director, I lead a team of 35 professionals and have won dozens of major tenders for organizations including Ministries, De Nederlandsche Bank, Schiphol Group, TenneT, NS, DJI, ANWB, Deloitte and Amsterdam UMC.
