Executive technical leader in offshore wind and infrastructure with 20+ years’ international experience delivering 20+ GW across EMEA, APAC, and AMER, including 3 GW of won tenders in both fixed-bottom and floating. Collaborating at CEO/COO level, I bring full lifecycle expertise from M&A, tendering, development, engineering, and construction through to operations. Proven record building and leading global technical teams. Currently Offshore Wind Technical Director at BayWa r.e, I lead the global technical function for development, tenders, sales, and acquisitions, while also serving as Managing Director of BayWa r.e. Projects Portugal. Previously Offshore Wind Engineering Director at Ocean Winds (OW) and Offshore Wind Engineering & Construction Director at EDP Renewables (EDPR). Directed global engineering and construction while also holding project leadership: EPCI Director for Les Éoliennes en Mer Services (LEMS); EDPR’s Technical Authority in Mayflower (now SouthCoast) Wind JV with Shell; and leading the team scoping and overseeing Éoliennes Flottantes du Golfe du Lion (EFGL) floating project, managing interfaces with Principle Power, MHI Vestas, and Eiffage. At E.ON Climate & Renewables, I led Offshore Site Investigation and Ground Engineering across the portfolio and managed the Arkona Foundations Package.
