About Ricardo Russo
After 30 years in the Air Force, I am looking forward to my next challenge at Dignity Health. My time in the military saw me be a Healthcare Technology Management Technician, a Global Health Engagement Manager, and culminated in leadership executive positions within military hospitals. I had the opportunity to be a part of teams early on in my career as we used our technical skills to problem-solve issues that arose, from managing workload, projects, and technicians. Later on, I was able to organize and lead flexible teams that tackled these and many others tasks to ensure compliance with national standards. Through it all, integrity and dedication to the job ensured we were adaptable in the face of adversity while keeping effective communication at the forefront in all facets of our work. My Air Force experience and developed skills has me ready and excited about this chapter in my healthcare leadership journey.
