Project presented at different industry forums and Harvard Business Review event. • Helped major life science company extend its lab and patient service center operations and reshape its Covid-19 processes to increase its speed and throughput through intelligent automation. • Optimized Fortune-50 life science conglomerate operation related to field assets to increase availability, expand number of positively impacted lives and maximize financial return on assets (CAPEX).
