About Rich Delury

I began my career in the electrical field beginning as an electrical apprentice for a local electrical company. In four short years I was already running my own team/projects. I continued in the electrical field as an electrical foreman for the next 6 years respectively. While in college I also worked for Chase Manhattan Bank as a Sales/Customer Relations Agent. This experience is what has provided me with my interpersonal customer skills. I greatly enjoyed working for Chase and they were more then accommodating while I was attending school. After college I found myself in an interview room with RAB Lighting. Of course this was during the economic downturn where contracting positions where scarce and not often lengthy employment opportunities. RAB Lighting offered me a great position starting as a technical support rep. I then worked my way up to Team Lead, and finally as Manager in a few short years. I am currently and a Controls Engineer as well as the Regional Sales Manager for Touche Lighting Controls, based out of Fort Wayne, IN. I greatly enjoy what I do and the people I work with. I am excited to be spending the rest of my career in the energy field finding ways/methods to help others make this world a more earth friendly and efficient place to live.
