I am an energetic professional with diverse nursing experience in an acute care setting. With various teaching and leadership positions, patient and staff support have become my primary focus. As health care continues to change, I have made every effort to diversify my knowledge and experience to ensure that safe and appropriate care is provided to patients and their families who seek treatment and support in the acute care setting. By ensuring staff are well supported in maintaining their professional standards, client safety will remain my highest priority. I am a very transparent leader who recognizes the importance of ensuring open communication and collaboration within the team environment. I am confident in being able to anticipate and manage complex and challenging situations effectively, especially given my experience with emergency management and as my role as Administrator on Call. I have supported the development of highly effective and motivated teams, all of which have ensured goals and deliverables are met within a timely manner. My passion and commitment to quality assurance is my motivation to ensure staff are supported in meeting practice standards, all the while maintaining the highest degree of patient care possible.
