I have extensive experience in a variety of corporate crisis management and security management related roles, with ever increasing decision-making responsibilities. In my most recent position, I managed teams responsible for security operations, crisis management, business resiliency, traveler safety, and physical security systems integration across the globe. Throughout my career. I have directly managed teams in the United States, Mexico, India, Brazil, and China, including selection of operational personnel, establishing crisis response criteria and training of regional leadership teams. I promote a collaborative team environment focused ensuring strategic operational goals are achieved though the coordination of resources. I am a proud graduate of the University of Iowa Executive MBA program, and I received a B.A in Business Administration from North Central College. I also completed a Certificate of International Business from the University of Manchester (UK) and have enjoyed several opportunities to work in multiple countries. As a leader, I create a team-focused environment where people are engaged and inspired to develop innovative solutions for internal and external customers in a professional atmosphere.
