About Rich Jones

With over five years of experience helping those to scale or grow their businesses, I am passionate about driving innovation and growth. As the Head of Exchange at All Work & Social, I lead the development and delivery of the Exchange program, a unique programme that connects entrepreneurs, investors, and experts across the UK from the tech & digital sectors, as well as giving the cohorts the tools required to grow a successful business. I leverage my innovation management, external communication, and coaching skills to foster a collaborative and diverse community of innovators, and to facilitate meaningful connections and opportunities for them. Previously, I was an Enterprise Acceleration Manager at NatWest, where I supported the growth and success of over 250 early-stage businesses through mentoring, networking, and funding. I also have experience as a Customer Relationship Manager at NatWest, where I managed a portfolio of high-net-worth clients and provided them with tailored financial solutions. I am committed to creating value and impact for the businesses and individuals I work with, and to contributing to the advancement of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the North West.
